ABOUT PRODUCTS
PDC core bits incorporating Polycrystalline Diamond Compact Cutters can be very cost effective and very productive, which are applied to rock formation of f10, mainly used for geological and hydrology drilling.
Two main types of core bits are available: Rib core bits and flat core bits.
The rib core bits are applied to rock formation of f6, like mudstone, grantite, etc.
Our core bits adopt 2 cutters, flat and dome-shaped cutters. The flat cutters have high abrasion resistance and fast drilling efficiency, suitable for drilling integrate formation. The dome-shape cutters have high impact resistance and stable drilling performance, suitable for formations with hard interbed layers. Our diameter is from 75mm to 171mm, any special design is available upon customers' request.
